Coronavirus: Urgent need for ventilators

We have been approached by BEIS for anyone able to contribute to the urgent need for production of additional ventilators. Without prejudging it is unlikely papermaking equipment could be repurposed to produce ventilators themselves, but many supplier organisations may be in a position to contribute to the effort.

If you are a Paper Mill:
• Do you produce such filters already?
• Is there a possibility for your process to repurpose to produce such filters?

If you are a Supplier:
• Do you have expertise in pumps, mechatronics, control that might be useful in the production of ventilators?
