11 Jan. 2026: EnviroSystems has marked a significant milestone by launching the first articulated lorry branded with EnviroBed®, its livestock bedding manufactured from 100% recycled paper fibre.

After nearly 25 years of working with UK paper mills, the lorry represents the scale now achieved in converting short waste paper fibres into a consistent, high-value end product for agriculture. These fibres, no longer suitable for conventional paper recycling, are recovered and processed through EnviroSystems’ UK facilities and supplied nationwide.

Recovered fibre is dried and refined using renewable heat sources, enabling the production of a stable, high dry-matter product while supporting reduced reliance on fossil fuels and improved sustainability performance across the supply chain.

EnviroSystems provides paper mills with a dependable outlet for short fibre material, helping to reduce waste handling pressures while delivering clear circular economy outcomes and traceable end use.

The branded EnviroBed lorry offers a visible demonstration of this recycling pathway in action — from mill to processing plant to end user (the dairy cow) — and highlights the growing role of alternative fibre recovery routes within the paper industry.
