Infinity Machine & Engineering Corp will be showcasing its Optic M1 poly bundler that has been designed from the ground up with the unique needs of the European tissue market in mind. The machine features the ability to swap between a flight bar and up-ender allowing for bundles with core-up and core-down roll configurations. This versatility is matched by the Optic M1's speed as the bundler can reach speeds over 20bpm.

Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Co., Ltd (E66) – launching bamboo tissue products

Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Co., Ltd, a professional pulp and paper supply chain operator, will be launching bamboo tissue products and wet wipes at Tissue World Düsseldorf. These products are aimed at consumers who prefer tree-free paper products with sustainable and eco-friendly concept.

August Blecher GmbH & Co. KG (A50) – launching AB-40

August Blecher will be launching AB-40, LogSaw lubricant for converting, at Tissue World Düsseldorf. The team will be showcasing the benefits of AB-40 which include helping the LogSaw blade last longer, lessening the friction by contact between the blade and cutting material/the blade and grinding wheel and reduces/eliminates glue and adhesive materials from the LogSaw blade surface.

Visitors to the stand can also pick up giveaways including pens, chewing gum, bottle openers and trucker caps.

United Converting Tissue (G52) – launching UNICO365 Industrial Logsaw

United Converting Tissue will be launching its brand new UNICO365 Industrial Logsaw at Tissue World Düsseldorf. The UNICO365 is able to drastically improve product quality, cut logs with a diameter of up to 365 mm and operate with high log density while reducing waste, power consumption and blade wearing. UNICO365 has been extensively tested in production achieving the target results and it is now production ready as a brand-new unit or as a retrofit for UC Tissue T-series saws.

SABA Automation Srl (L20) – showcasing its ZEUS series

SABA Automation will showcase its new ZEUS series at Tissue World Düsseldorf. The ZEUS series is divided into two types: P Series and Layer Series. P Series is a single anthropomorphic robot, which picks products individually or arranged in rows. While Layer Series consists of a robot (or two robots) that form layers and a second robot for palletizing. Layer Series can also pick and place one or more layers simultaneously.

The ZEUS automatic robotic end-of-line systems are extremely fast in terms of cycles per minute and can serve even lines with a very high production output.

Enerquin (K51) – showcasing tissue drying technologies and ventilation solutions

Enerquin provides mills with unique solutions for drying, energy efficiency, and building ventilation. At Tissue World Düsseldorf, Enerquin will be presenting its advanced tissue drying technologies and ventilation solutions for tissue mills. With over 40 years of drying process and experience, the Enerquin Yankee hood, process air systems, and wet end exhaust systems have been designed to improve drying capacity, energy efficiency and maintain good working conditions.

Rulopak (D10) – launching new Robolet touchless toilet paper dispenser

Rulopak is a manufacturer and exporter company that produces hygiene and cleaning materials, from paper and dispensers, to chemical products, soap-foam dispensers, dustbins, and cleaning wipes. At Tissue World Düsseldorf, Rulopak will be launching its new Robolet touchless toilet paper dispenser that provides maximum hygiene by protecting paper from outside germs and thanks to its sensor, it can dispense paper without touch.

Policarta Gi.Co. (C20) – launching new band-saw, Omnis Casus

Policarta Gi.Co., a tissue converting and packaging machine supplier, will be launching Omnis Casus, a band-saw for tissue rolls, at Tissue World Düsseldorf. Omnis Casus is;

Julia Utensili Srl is one of the world's largest producers of knives for cutting tissue paper rolls, with a range of diameters from 610 to 1200 mm. At Tissue World Düsseldorf, Julia Utensili will be showcasing its officially patented circular knives, in the standard 4.76 mm thickness and in the thinner 3.8 mm thickness.

Microline (D52) – launching Eco Wrap 1050

Microline specialises in the manufacture of automatic end-of-line packaging machines, developed specifically for the tissue sector and the food industry.

At Tissue World Düsseldorf, Microline will be launching its latest model, Eco Wrap 1050. The Eco Wrap 1050 is a multi-pack bundler for folded products and rolls that guarantees the complete absence of packaging material waste, while simultaneously cutting energy consumption: the saving in terms of wrapping material means being able to lower the shrink-wrapping temperature, with a positive impact on consumption. The use of the latest generation, energy-efficient engines and the possibility of using eco-sustainable films complete this sustainability-inspired product.
