Responsible for implementing and maintaining best manufacturing practices across a production facility with multiple areas.  Accountable for safety, quality, productivity, cost performance and people development of the paper machine operatives across 5 rotating shifts. The position is a key member of the paper mills leadership team, providing insight, perspectives, and overall leadership to advance our performance agenda.
